Luxclay is the sanitary ware brand of ARTSTAR HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED. The company was founded in 2011. The office and the work we ship under this brand are in Fengxi District, Chaozhou, Guangdong.

The range is the bathroom. Two-piece and one-piece toilets, wall-hung pans, squatting pans, urinals, basins, vanities, acrylic baths, shower trays and enclosures, and the brass and zinc fittings: mixers, valves, drains, traps and bars. White glaze is the ceramic finish we run. Chrome is the metal finish we quote, unless you have asked for another.

How a ceramic piece is made

The body is cast in a mould. On a toilet, the trap and the rough-in are decided at that step, so send both with the inquiry. The ware is glazed, fired, and checked for cracks, glaze faults and the flush. A seat can go in the carton or in its own box. Your mark on the carton is a line on the quote, not a guess.

Hardware

The body of a mixer or a valve is brass or zinc. It is plated, assembled and checked. Tell us the spout length on a wall faucet and the size on a towel bar. Those two numbers change the price.

How we take an order

The figure on the website is a list price. The cart, or a WhatsApp message, is the inquiry. We answer with a written price. You pay sample freight if you want a sample. You pay the deposit named on the quote, and then we make the lot. The balance is due before shipment. None of that payment happens on this website.
