Is the price on the page the price I pay?

It is a list price in US dollars, EXW. Freight, a special finish, a logo and a new mould are extra, and they are on the written quote. Sending the cart does not lock the price and does not take a payment.

What do you need on a toilet inquiry?

S-trap or P-trap, the rough-in, the quantity, and whether the seat is in the carton. Wall-hung pans need the frame called out if you want it included.

Can I pay on the website?

No. There is no card checkout. After you accept the quote, the deposit is a telegraphic transfer. The balance is due before shipment.

Who pays for the sample?

You pay the sample freight before we send it.

How long is production?

The date is on the quote. It starts after the deposit, and after sample approval when the order has a sample. We do not print a single lead time for every item.

What is the minimum?

It depends on the body. A stock white pan and a new mould are not the same quantity. We put the minimum on the quote for the item you named. We do not copy a minimum from another product line onto this one.

Where is it made?

Ceramic sanitary ware is cast, glazed and fired in Chaozhou. Hardware is plated and assembled for this brand. The quote names the packing.

Which port do you ship from?

Tell us your port. EXW is the list price. FOB, CIF or DDP is calculated on the quote.
