Most Luxclay orders keep a body we already make and change the carton, the logo, the seat or the finish. A new mould is a different job. We will say which one we can do.
What you can change
On ceramic: trap, rough-in, glaze colour if that kiln run can take it, and the mark on the carton. On metal: spout length, a bar length, chrome or another plating. On a bath or a tray: length and the drain position.
The steps
1. You send the item, the quantity, the port and the spec.
2. We send the price, the minimum and the packing.
3. A sample is made if you ask for one. You pay the sample freight first.
4. You approve the sample in writing.
5. The deposit starts production.
6. You pay the balance. Then we ship.
